We doubt it.  Sometimes everyone just needs some help and that's what we're here for.  Tech should be easy.

Pricing varies.  Some projects are, or can be fixed price such as moving data from one machine to another, or setting up a new PC/Laptop.  Other projects require more time and expertise and are charged by the hour

That is up to you.  We can join you at your home or office and will don a mask if you'd like.  We can pick up your laptop, pc, or device for diagnosis.  Depending on your needs, we can also securely and remotely work with you.  

Yes, we have a lot of references that you can connect with, live or via email.
